The Taming of the Shrew
Directed by Susan Finque
This was a really physical and compelling production, featuring an "all male" cast of players. My work included the normal tussling and binding of Bianca, but also a rope slide entrance for Petruchio, a comic "food fight" routine to empty the dinner table, and a Kate/Petruchio sword fight (pictured above). Matt Daniels and Michael Gotsch played the leads.

The Comedy of Errors

A fun production involving lots of comic bits. My favorite moment to stage (at the last moment) was in act 3, when Dromios of Ephesus & Syracuse "meet" on opposite sides of a door. In this production, actor Kevin Rich played both Dromios. The solution was to have a free standing door that could be revolved, maneuvered, and remain upright due only to the actors' well timed interactions.
